Learn how to use Screen Share.

Screen Share is available on updated OPS-G devices connected to version 4.5, iSeries and version 6 panels. It is also available for updated Nickel panels (with Cloud Connect). IT Services is doing their best to update devices. Submit an eTicket if you have questions about this.

  1. Go to the Learn Promethean site.

  2. Scroll down until you reach the ActivPanel Element Series video playlist.

  3. Click the ActivPanel Nickel tab.

  4. Use the side menu to watch videos.
